I'm Ruben Hooijer

I'm a game programmer from The Netherlands.
I have graduated from the HKU, where I studied Creative Media and Game Technologies. After my graduation, I co-founded my own game company called Studio Mantasaur for 2 years. In this company I helped development on "All Hands on Deck".

Since I was nine years old, I knew I wanted to make games and create worlds, especially to invoke emotions in people and make them feel happy. (I love seeing people happy playing games I contributed to). Below you can find some of the projects I have contributed to, as well as together some personal projects. I love to make games and I especially like it when there is a big challenge to solve. I am also a big fan of creating tools to make everyones life easier. In almost every larger project I have contributed to multiple tools.
